This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Contact Information and Use:
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”) and email address if you sign up for Erin’s newsletter/blog/freebies. There is now a double-opt-in in place if you do ask to receive a freebie which will ask you for consent to send additional notifications about events, offers, and blog updates.
If you have consented via a double opt-in (a second email sent to ask for your permission), then we may use your Personal Information (only if provided) to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that promotes Erin Newman’s services or events.
To assist with sending you requested information, we use Convertkit to collect and store your email address. Convertkit outlines their use of your personal data and anonymized data here. You may opt out of the collection of your data by unsubscribing (we will remove your data) and contacting them using the instructions on their privacy page.
In addition, we use a Facebook pixel on the site to understand who has signed up for our email list through Facebook advertising (when applicable). We may also use your email address to create targeted ads within Facebook or to create ads targeted to users like you (i.e. a “lookalike audience”).
