How to Shift Limiting Beliefs
Normally, I share something super vulnerable here.
But I don’t always have super crazy shit happening in my life to share. (Other than, you know, one of my biggest months ever so far, $11K + and counting, and awesome shifts in my awareness of what’s possible, all while continuing my work of being a better ally for social justice.)
So…when I don’t know what to write about, I just tune in and ask Source what would be most powerful for you to hear and know.
And what came in today was my process for shifting old beliefs about that next level of growth. You know, beliefs like:
- “it has to be hard”
- “I have to be perfect at it”
- “It has to look a certain way”
- “I don’t know how” (yes, this is also a limiting belief! I promise!)
So, how do we shift those limiting beliefs?
1) Recognize the belief that’s coming up. (Journaling helps here). Grab my free resource: How to Remove Subconscious Blocks to Money and Income here.
- Release the belief. (Tapping helps here.)
3. Reframe the belief into something that feels better. (More journaling.)
4. Take actions from that place of alignment.
And now you’re like, “okay, cool, but…”
- What even are my freaking aligned actions?
- Are those aligned actions really going to get me the results that I want? I’ve already been doing so much stuff.
- Am I doing the right things?
- Am I even really able to do this thing at all?
So please know this: you are already doing the right things. And you, beautiful soul, are truly capable of getting all that you desire in your life and business, right now, today.
You simply have to trust that it’s possible for you, that you already know the answers, and that you are always, always, always, going in the right direction.
