What will we be doing?
Guided meditations: Through powerful guided meditations, you’ll be able to let go of the conscious mind chatter and connect deeply with Source, intuition, and your soul.
Journeying: With the beat of the drum, you’ll be guided to connect with guides and healing beings from the other realms (goddesses, star beings, beings of the light) in order to receive healing and wisdom for the questions you need answered in your life and business.
Journaling: Explore your hidden message through the awesome work of journaling.
Sharing and Community: We’ll hold space for each person to share and be supported as they follow the guidance they’re receiving. There will also be time for deeper explorations with the other womxn on the retreat.
Ecstatic Dance and IFS-informed Expressive Arts : Move with the beat of beautiful rhythms, guided by advanced facilitator Marisa Skolky.
Nature: Take the time to explore the beautiful cenotes and beaches of Tulum.
Ancient Ritual and Ceremony: Experience a powerful Temazcal ceremony (Mayan Sweat Lodge) as well as a visit to the ancient sites of Tulum.
This is for you if you’re…
-
A Space holder or Healer who has been the one holding others up for a long time with supporting, guiding, listening. Here, you get to exhale and be supported.
-
A Visionary entrepreneur feeling the pull to slow down, tune in, and let what is next arrive instead of forcing it.
-
A Mother who has given endlessly and is craving a space where she can soften, play, and remember herself.
-
A Corporate woman stepping away from grind culture and achievement-based worth, ready to explore a more intuitive, nourishing way of living and leading.
-
Someone in a Mid-life transition, releasing an old identity, honoring what stays, and opening to new friendships and new ways of being.
This is for the woman who wants to remember who she used to be…before society and culture changed her.
Through shamanic journeys, the somatic practices of Tapping and Meditation and Ecstatic Dance, Ceremony, and the raw beauty of the ancient Mayans, you’ll remember what it feels like to be witnessed as a woman without being needed.
To cry, rage, laugh, dance, whatever wants to come through, in a container that asks nothing of you except your presence.
Come remember that your aliveness isn’t something you have to earn.
Leave here as Playful, Authentic, and Embodied.
